Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in full stack development with a focus on MERN technology stack. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ES6, HTML, and CSS. Extensive experience with React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB. Knowledge of front-end build tools and package managers (Webpack, npm, etc.). Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows. Experience with RESTful API development and integration. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Prior experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment is a plus.
