Socium Partners is seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with expertise in MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) technology stack to join our talented development team. Key Responsibilities:
Full Stack Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy web applications using the MERN stack.
Architecture and Design: Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the overall system design to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Backend Development: Develop server-side logic using Node.js and Express.js, including RESTful APIs and other web services.
Frontend Development: Build dynamic and responsive user interfaces using React.js, ensuring high-quality and visually appealing user experiences.
Database Management: Design and maintain MongoDB databases, including schema design, indexing, and data modelling.
Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while following coding standards and best practices.
Testing: Perform unit testing and integration testing to ensure code reliability and robustness.
Deployment and DevOps: Deploy applications using modern DevOps tools and practices, and collaborate with DevOps engineers for continuous integration and deployment.
Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks and implement solutions for optimization.
Security: Implement security best practices to protect applications and data.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions on time.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in full stack development with a focus on MERN technology stack.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ES6, HTML, and CSS.
Extensive experience with React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
Knowledge of front-end build tools and package managers (Webpack, npm, etc.).
Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows.
Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Prior experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment is a plus.
