Socium Partners is seeking a highly skilled and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
User-Centric Design: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of user needs through user research, personas, and user testing. Advocate for user-centric design principles within the organization.
Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts to stakeholders and development teams.
Visual Design: Design visually appealing user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and create a consistent and engaging user experience.
Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback and make data-driven design improvements.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and marketers, to ensure design alignment with project goals and timelines.
Design System Development: Contribute to the development and maintenance of a design system to ensure consistency and efficiency in design across all projects.
Responsive Design: Create responsive designs that adapt seamlessly across various devices and screen sizes.
Accessibility: Ensure that designs are accessible to all users by following accessibility standards and guidelines.
Stay Updated: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, HCI, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies.
Knowledge of web and mobile app development processes and technologies.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
